Reflection on Gymnastics

My name is Shoshuna Orloff and I signed up rhythmic gymnastics. I signed up with a group of friends and we thought gym would be fun. I was in the B rope team with Millie, Sasha and Sharday. Everybody joined and thought it would be fun. It then got harder and harder by having to attend all the training sessions at 6 am in the morning and 2 hour trainings some afternoons. I re commend rhythmic gymnastics because its fun and you can get fit and you get the chance to meet lots of new people.

Vote Earth Advertisement Two

1) I see in this picture a city and the words ‘don’t let this be our future.’ It is telling us to stop global warming and stop cutting down our trees and if we don’t be careful everything is just going to fade away and nothing will be left.

2) The purpose of the advertisement is to stop global warming now before it gets any worse than it already is.

3) It is targeting everyone. Everybody is causing global warming. Our rainforest will be dead and there will be hardly any oxygen to breathe. Global warming needs to stop now! Global warming is caused by pollution and with the amount of pollution the earth’s cars and vehicles are putting out, global warming is getting worse and worse by the minute.

Go Green Advertisement One.

1) I see a frog and it has the markings of the earth on the frog. It is promoting people to reduce, recycle and reuse. It’s telling people to go green and recycle things instead of littering them onto the streets and ground.

2) The purpose is to stop people littering and getting them to recycle and reuse. A little green frog is used to promote the poster because it is cute and catchy.

3) The sort of audience it is targeting is teenagers and adults because they are the people that tend to litter more. The message is to recycle used items instead of polluting the atmosphere with bad substances.

Anti-Bullying Advertisement Ad

This is my anti- bullying advertisemnt ad.
the paragraph in the top right hand corner says :

Its inaproppiate and it hurts peoples feelings.
Treat people how you want to be treated.
There is no need to put other people down to make yourself feel better.
It only causes problems and anger.
Stop Bullying Now!

Anti-Bullying Advertisement.

1. What message you hope the ad will deliver.
I hope that this ad will deliver the message to people that bully other adults/kids. I hope that the ad brings to everyone’s attention that bullying is wrong and there is no need to bully people. I think that the description in the top right hand corner will be good because children and adults will understand that bullying is wrong and it should stop now!
2. Why did you make certain choices regarding colour schemes, graphics and words?
I chose a bully in the background will a cross over top of the bully. It indicates that bullying is wrong and i put black in the background because usually bullies feel bad about themselves and they have to pick on other people to make them feel better.
3. How effective do you think this ad will be?
I think this add will be very effective because it has a good message going across the page and even if you cannot read you can get the message because of the bully in the background with the cross over it.

4. Who is the target audience of your ad? I.e which age group, boys or girls, etc.
The target audience of my ad is mainly children because bullying happens in most schools. My ad also looks at the adults because adults still bully people and it still goes on in workplaces.
